Just because some people cannot take Kratom, it doesn’t mean it’s bad.
Some people cannot eat peanuts because they have a peanut allergy. It doesn’t mean peanuts are a danger to society. It means that person has a food allergy and better not eat any peanuts.
Same thing goes for Kratom. It’s not rocket science folks. If Kratom doesn’t work for you and your body chemistry then don’t take it.

I actually know a couple of people who either cannot take it without side effects or cannot take it because it isn’t effective, and most just find alternative things to take, whether that’s medical marijuana or opioid drugs. Speaking personally, it works well on me and lots of others.

A relative of mine was cut off his morphine after decades, and I tried to get him to take kratom. His first experience with it was very painful and lead to a lot of gut side effects. But he just shrugged, and started taking medical marijuana instead. We should take inspiration from that, and if kratom doesn’t work for you, simply find something else. The extreme reactions kami is talking about don’t make much sense to me. If everybody reacted like this every time a drug was ineffective, tylenol, aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofinak, as well as some of the opioids would no longer be available. Just because something doesn’t work for you does not automatically make it dangerous, let alone deadly. It just doesn’t work for you, shrug and move on

I’m beginning to wonder whether some of the “did you get cancer after taking …” drug commercials are only possible because people’s reaction to a drug not working is to panick, or get angry and try to sue. The drug process is flawed, though I don’t know exactly how, but it obviously isn’t perfect or zantak wouldn’t have been removed from shelves. But it’s people’s extreme reaction that makes stuff like this possible and is at least part of the reason fighting for our plant can be so stressful. Speaking of that, I’ve managed to cut back my dose. I now take a minimum of 4 grams, and a maximum of 6, for pain relief instead of 6 to 8. My capsules last longer, and the pain relief is the same. I have no idea why I never tried that before, shrug. We don’t stand hear and talk about kratom all the time to hear ourselves talk or seek attention. Kami and all of us are hear to try to educate people. That means we want to help people use, or not use, kratom responsibly. We’re not saying it’s better than other methods of controling pain although we do think that or we wouldn’t use it, but we’re not trying to force what we think onto others and We should not have to point this out every time a new kratom hater shows up. But we do, because … I wish I knew
